Build Session 13: Sustainer Completion

At the thirteenth build session (May 22), we cut the rest of the sustainer parts out and completed the holes for bolting the forward end together. We also continued tip-to-tip reinforcement of the sustainer fins (now 2 of 3 bays are done on both sustainers).
